Hello and welcome! So it is Sunday but by the time you read this it will be Tuesday. If you would like to see my latest Day in a life video then please click on this link here:  https://youtu.be/dcwxRdRKOTU On a sunday as a kid we always got to have a Roast Dinner, and we would hang out with friends in Chelsea and then come home have our roast and then watch the football. Now my favourite way of living is to have different meals other than a roast at the weekends and be different that the week on some weekends.  Today I had a roast cooked by my Step Dad but didn't take a photo as my phone due to filming a day in a life today, was on charge.  Here is an example of  having a Curry on a Sunday. I love doing this with some side dishes like Onion Bhajis and Somosas and some plain naan bread. Today I treated myself to couple of cup cakes and the one thing I really would like to do again is make my own, as I enjoy baking so hope I will achieve that dream soon. I am a routine kind of person with treats included as it kind of my reward to myself for how productive I can be and it is form of a cake or a notebook see blog where I talk about How could live in a notebook:  living in a notebook Not saying I am never lazy as I can be, and have before now stayed in bed until twelve but that person is someone who wasn't happy about that and it would be a waste of a day, so now I get up early and make the most of each day.  For me I can't have a cupcake without a drink and this usually is a cup of tea or coffee and having a bit of a sugar fix to needing a Caffiene fix.  I don't think I can ever not be like that as since a kid loved having a cake or a biscuit with a brew and do I do this all of the time? No! It is in moderation and I do have a good balanced diet now. ...

I am very old school in the way I live. I still have a childhood favourite, Porridge with a nice cup of tea. You can't beat the classics in my book. Thank goodness that we now have Microwaves as it makes having porridge very easy and is a good hearty breakfast, and being a Stylish Mamma I do feel that I need those luxuries in my life.  I do have my cake and eat it, cause I love the sugar but also the treat. I like my cups of tea in my own mug and with some biscuits to dip into my tea. How can a digestive chocolate biscuit be bad for you, cause when I eat it I don't feel the guilt of doing so I feel the pleasure. Okay, so would I eat the whole packet? No! I know my limits but I also know how to live in style because they are items that will never go out of fashion. I used to give ny son porridge with some banana or a Farley's Rusk and he would devulge it. I am due to do my walk today so soon I will be off doing that.  I love my walks in the morning and afternoon that I am do...

Hello, please see my Day in a Life video from yesterday, where I showed my outfit for the day and what I have been doing and how I like to spend my days in the week, going for walks, watching some TV and listen to some music whilst I walk and enjoy the outdoors: I am so glad to be free to explore the outdoors again and been getting up at a reasonable time and sleeping that I can't wait to do my walk tomorrow, and got another Day in a life video to go up tomorrow of today, as I write this post. Here is a new Day in a life video. This was filmed over last weekend, and I have another one, which is Sunday's but I thought I share my Saturday. I spent sometime in a #mentalhealth hospital, and so it was so good to be outdoors even though I did do a walk with the Activity co-ordinator, it was good to be sitting with my local park and watching the world go by as I listened to some music, and enjoyed the Sunshine.  Many thanks, Carrie X
