How I like give myself time/resting/Self care/listen to my body

Hello so it has been a while, so it feels writing a blog, I wanted to take a break and was little unwell but all good now and want to talk being a stylish mamma and this blog is about taking time for you.

It is listening to your body needs and finding a breathable method if there are days that just too much.

- Find a good book to read. I love reading have done since I was a kid and it is so important and it is my refuge and I love at summer time especially sitting outside in the garden reading good novel, and to keep my love of reading alive.

- Listening to signs of what your body is telling you. This helps with diet, if you need extra sleep and you need more time for yourself, and listening to your body and what it truly is craves is the way.

- Break the days up in segments. I have talked about Block scheduling, it mixes the days up and doing different things happening through the day makes the days enjoyable, rather than worried about not having enough time. When you break the day up, it helps keep the momentum and gives you variety, because us humans thrive on variety in their life.

- Plan your days so you can deal with the things you avoid. We can often get overwhelmed with life but having a weekly list, which I found works better for me, is how I make sure I can like above read a book, clean as I go about my day and pottering around is one thing I love to do, and it helps clear the clutter from the days, and give myself a break.

- Take a vacation. Now with Lockdown and COVID it hasn't been possible to but just a weekend nationally is still a holiday, so take the time.

To feel good about your days mix them up and one thing I do now as I update this blog post, is set challenges for me each month to help get things done, doing a bit a day takes the stress away.
