Dressing up my life
I can safely say that I am not someone who sticks with plans and often change them up, I hate having things set in stone, but live a flexible life. I will get it done at some point. I am that kind of a woman, with me I don't have dinner at the same time, all of the time, because I am not always that hungry at the same time, so varies each day. I do wear make up to help me when in the morning I couldn't even lift a toe, forget about the rest of my body and literally had to scrape myself off of my bed.
When I have days of being extra tired I will cover over my tiredness with make up, and take a shower, cause this instantly helps me come alive, I do still need a cup of tea and breakfast before I begin but feel more human by pampering myself and practicing Self Care and just a simple shower can do wonders.
I love a good body scrub and I will treat myself to some lovely shower and body washes, Example: Bayliss and Harding and you should look after yourself. Taking time to sit and read a book in my dressing gown is a great way I can relax and then other days get back into action to do more work.
There was a time where I would go bed about 6pm, but this did me no good. I would wake up around midnight not being able to get back to sleep so now I get ready for bed around 7pm. depending on when I get home, and will go to bed between 8 and 10pm. I have stopped listening to music in bed of a night, as it would keep me awake, and I miss it, but I will still listen to music in the day, but no when I wake up now I keep my phone away from me when I go to bed now and as soon as I began to do this I immediately felt the difference and next thing is to do a morning workout each day.
So, if you want to spread your day with things you got to do with things you like to do, then do. Life should have simplicity and not all about rushing and taking care of the hours spent on yourself. You are worth it so tell yourself that each day.
