Why I Love a Morning Coffee

I am sitting at my dining table which is in the Living room, creating my monthly Newsletter check out Everyone can build a castle, with my coffee. It inspired me because I know people say too much coffee is bad, which in my case is true but I still love to have a morning coffee.

Picture I took of a Cappuccino

Frappes are off the cards as they give me a bad stomach but normal iced or hot Lattes I am fine with as long as I limit it to two to three days a week, as I do love going for a coffee in a coffee shop once or twice in the week and during the weekend.

I currently have a cafetiere and it is nice but a bit weak, but I like making my own coffee some days rather buying. It can be expensive buying coffees in a shop and why I don't do it everyday.

My mum and Stepdad have a coffee machine which I use it now and again as I have a jar of instant coffee, but would like to invest in a Throffer and be able to have a latte at home. I have tried sachets, but I would like to make my own in the morning, once my son has gone to school.

Mondays. which it is, writing this blog, I tend to stop in and look forward to my Monday coffee whilst planning and organizing my week ahead.

I have started to in the week have one coffee a day and not two and I do often take a break and have a juice or a milkshake but Mondays is all about having a morning coffee and gives me a head start on making sure jobs are done and feel fully awake.

Of course do other things, like make my bed, read and make sure I have breakfast. I will tend to have toast with a sneaky biscuit sometimes but that I am fuelled, had my first two cups of tea and dressed, etc etc.

I am not keen at the moment in Costas, because there seems to be a bad atmosphere, but depends where I am. Some coffee shops make the coffee very strong like I find Cafe  Nero Lattes are strong. but do like their cold coffees and cappuccino's but again it depends where you are. It is a bit off hit and miss.

In Epsom there are many coffees shops now and tried the new ones but found their coffee too strong but not all of them do baby babyccinos. I do like Starbucks, especially their cold lattes and there is a lot of option to try different ones.

So I am going to get on with my day and next is lunch and may have a cup of tea or some Ribena.

Many thanks for reading,

Carrie X
